We genuinely hope you love your Forma pieces. However, should you need to initiate a return, please refer to the policy detailed below.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please email our dedicated team at contact@formaathleisure.co.uk.
Timeframe: You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to formally request a return.

Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Once your returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected by our team, your refund will be processed and issued back to the original method of payment.
Return Eligibility Conditions
For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must strictly meet the following criteria:

Original Tag: The original Forma tag must remain attached. Items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned once this tag has been removed.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and completely free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup stains, deodorant marks, or personal scents.

Faulty Items: Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence provided via email.
Important Note:
If a returned item is received and found not to meet these conditions, it will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
As a newly established business, we do not currently offer free returns.

We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we may request this if any issues arise
