Forma is grateful for your order and is deeply committed to ensuring you experience the luxury of our products as quickly as possible through precise collation and rapid fulfillment. Due to our commitment to initiating production immediately, please be aware that all orders are final once placed, and customers are charged at checkout. We will work quickly to dispatch your order, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it has shipped. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location.

We are dedicated to ensuring the secure and timely arrival of your Forma order. All shipments are managed with premium, tracked services for your complete peace of mind.

Shipping Method

Standard Service: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. This ensures end-to-end visibility and requires a signature upon receipt for added security.

UK Delivery Options

Complimentary Standard Delivery: Available for all orders exceeding £150. Delivery time is typically 2–4 working days once dispatched.

Standard Delivery: For orders under the complimentary threshold, this service is £4.75 and takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.

Express Delivery: Available for £6.49, with delivery expected within 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Note: Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Liability

Due to the use of a secure, signature-required service, Forma cannot be held liable for loss or theft once the parcel has been successfully marked as delivered or signed for by the courier's system. We recommend ensuring a secure receiving location is available at the time of delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority or courier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We genuinely hope you love your Forma pieces. However, should you need to initiate a return, please refer to the policy detailed below.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email our dedicated team at contact@formaathleisure.co.uk.

Timeframe: You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to formally request a return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges: Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected by our team, the refund will be processed and issued back to the original method of payment.

Return Eligibility Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must strictly meet the following criteria:

Original Tag: The original Forma tag must remain attached. Items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned once this tag has been removed.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and completely free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or personal scents.

Faulty Items: Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This report must be accompanied by clear photo or video proof provided via email.

Important Note: If a returned item is received and found not to meet these specified conditions, it will regrettably be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential to both comfort and confidence in your Forma pieces. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements to help you select the most suitable size for your body.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed or compressive fit, we recommend reviewing the product description for specific fit guidance, as fabrics and designs may vary between collections.
